Housing in and around the Sedona area is predominantly single family residences with fewer condominiums, apartments and manufactured homes. City planners project that in 2020 we will be 91% to 95% built out. Since much of the Sedona area is Forest Service land, there is limited space for new home development. The selling prices for homes and home-sites have increased steadily from 2003 to 2006 and they have leveled off in 2007 (see statistics below). THE AERIE IN SEDONA
